Biomaser TP006 Wireless PMU Machine

ordered a pen, pigments and needle cartridges, but one of the pigments was missing. After being asked to provide multiple photos and videos of the box and contents, I was told nothing could be done because it was the weekend and the warehouse was closed.

On Monday, I was finally told the pigment was actually out of stock. Instead of sending a replacement or an alternative shade, they offered me a partial refund — despite the mistake being entirely theirs.

When I refused the partial refund, I was then told they were going on holiday for 7 days and nobody could deal with my order.

This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability and basic customer service has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better from Biomaser and would not recommend them based on this experience.

I absolutely love working with it! It’s very quiet, there are almost no noticeable vibrations, and it’s extremely lightweight. I used to have a machine from another brand that was quite heavy, while this one barely feels like anything in my hand. It’s perfect for powder brows.

The battery lasts a long time and charges very quickly. I’ll definitely order again in the future. I also really like the cartridges. I purchased the RCA version as well. The only small issue is that the jack port on my power supply is too large, while the cable that came in the box is too small. However, I’ve ordered an adapter and I think it should work.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the machine. Excellent value for money!

Item doesn’t work properly, it drags and doesn’t not work universally with other cartridges.

Good

It’s such a good machine it runs smoothly
